Orders, payment, delivery

You can order products from the Boutique online. To do this, just follow the instructions of the webshop. Your order is recorded when you receive a confirmation e-mail. The order, payment, and shipping of Gallery collector's items will be discussed with you.

 

Your payment is handled securely by Ingenico. 

Ingenico is a payment platform that protects your payment data. Sakura Fountain Pen Gallery has no access to this data. Please note that the transaction amount is charged directly to your credit card at the time of the transaction.

 

Holders of a Diplomatic Card Company card can buy tax-free in our shop. Please send an e-mail prior to your order.

 

For shipments outside the European Union, no VAT is charged. The amount is automatically adjusted during the order process when you indicate your country of destination. 

 

Your order from the Boutique is normally delivered in the Benelux 2 to 5 working days following receipt of your payment. For other destinations in the world, the delivery may be 3 to 7 working days. We only work with DHL. If the item is not in stock, we will order it for you and you will receive a message specifying the scheduled delivery date. Generally speaking, this takes no longer than 1 or 2 weeks. However, the order process can take longer for orders of Japanese pens. In this case, you will receive a message specifying the scheduled delivery date. You will also receive an e-mail when your order leaves our workshop.

 

If you are away from home, you can give a different shipping address: e.g. the address of your workplace or a family member!
