The ink is really as good as other reviews on the 'net makes it seem! The shading is good but not over-the-top, it has a lovely amount of sheen, but doesn't smudge, it is very well-behaved and as with anything one buys from SakuraFountainPenGallery, comes really really well packaged. And, as with every item, comes with some tasteful, delightful gift wrapping too!
