To celebrate the power of imagination and the importance of transmitting ideas and values to the ones we love, Montblanc released a second special edition Meisterstück Le Petit Prince Aviator Classique fountain pen made of brown precious resin, with rhodium-coated fittings. The special sentence engraved on the cap top are the little Prince words : "Toutes les grandes personnes ont d’abord été des enfants.” The clip is adorned with a tiny gold “laughing” star and the 14kt gold nib is engraved with the image of a sheep.

The little prince travels from planet to planet searching for truth, but everywhere he goes he meets people who are concerned only with themselves. But his encounter in the desert with a stranded aviator, develops into something deeper. Their destinies are intertwined. Both have fallen from the sky and both feel loneliness.
